It depends on your workload, compliance requirements and growth plans. We'll walk you through the trade-offs and recommend the right approach for your specific situation — sometimes hybrid is the answer.
How often are backups tested?
We recommend quarterly restore tests. We configure automated integrity checks and alert you if a backup fails. Many clients have never tested restores — we fix that.
Can you take over management of our existing server?
Yes. We conduct an initial audit, document what's in place and then take over ongoing administration. We charge only for the management retainer, no rip-and-replace required.
