We implement 2FA for all corporate accounts and remote access. Even if a password is stolen, attackers can't get in.
Access management
Each employee has access only to the systems they need for their work. If they leave, we immediately revoke all access.
Cloud collaboration tools
We configure Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for seamless teamwork — shared documents, video calls, project management tools.
MDM — mobile device management
We implement mobile device management so company data on phones and tablets is always secured and can be remotely wiped if needed.

Can employees use personal computers for remote work?
We recommend using company devices, but we can secure personal computers too using VPN, 2FA and company profile isolation. We always assess the risks individually.
How much does home office setup cost?
Basic VPN and 2FA setup for a team starts from 3 000 CZK. Ongoing access management is included in our monthly IT management retainer.
What if an employee's home network is unsecured?
That's exactly why we use VPN — it encrypts all traffic regardless of what network the employee is on. We also advise on basic home router security.
